Licataa Marketing and Executive Assistant Intern

 About You:

You don’t need to be a sommelier or a platinum album artist to love fine wine and to know good music when you hear it. But you do need to have a good understanding of both worlds to be able to help us by communicating to the world who and what we are. You have the time and financial ability to have an internship.

The Job:

We are looking for an extremely organized and motivated Marketing and Executive Assistant Intern that will work directly with the team and for all of current and future projects.  This person will work hand in hand with the CEO and Co-founder and help with day to day management and administration of a wine brand. This person will also integrate and be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties.. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and many skills that encompass digital work from marketing to managing email lists. Must be confident and down to share your own ideas. Be flexible, we’re a small team with a growing business, duties may change over time. There may be a possibility to stay on permanently. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with the team

  • Responsible for day to day management of social media strategies

  • Bringing together campaigns and marketing messages

  • Create fresh new ways for engagement

  • Make recommendations on marketing efforts

  • Proactively engage in the industry to find opportunities for growth

  • Track analytics and report back to team on campaigns

  • Keep up to date on current social media trends from the different industry communities

  • Review documents for grammatical errors, typos, and formatting needs;

  • Support in creating and making swag boxes

  • Mailing marketing materials and products 

  • Administrative work, supporting to stay organized

  • Events:

    • maintain pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance

    • Coordinate and support in the design of all event inventory including booth displays and signs, demo sites, event presentations, sales and marketing collateral and ensure event display accurately represents the brand

    • Support in looking for and analyzing event opportunities

  • Be able and prepared to create an outline of all work to be able to pass on to the next if you are to leave




Who we’re looking for:

  • Will maintain trustworthiness and perform duties with the utmost confidentiality; 

  • Strong writing skills and experience;

  • Proficiency in G-Suite and confidence learning new programs;

  • Ability to work efficiently, juggle multiple projects with appropriate prioritization, adhere to quick deadlines, and adapt to evolving circumstances;

  • Confidence to take initiative and make decisions proactively;

  • Strong people skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to work well with others; 

  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills (written and oral);

  • Must bring enthusiasm, creativity, patience, good judgment and flexibility to their work; 

  • Ability to work both in a team environment and especially independently;

  • Excellent organizational skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail;

  • Ability to work in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 100% of a typical working day.

    • Stipend- we know that unpaid internships are usually more attainable to those who have other financial support systems. To make this opportunity available to more, we are offering an equitable offer stipend of $300 a week

  • We currently don’t have a partnership with a school but will be more than happy to be a reference for any future job endeavors, or if your school accepts non partnered internships.
